The Strategy for Corporate Development provides significant investment opportunities in partnership with Assarel-Medet Group. The investment projects are planned to be realized with strategic investors with good reputation, market positions, and know-how. The Assarel-Medet Group should have at least 40% participation in such projects allocating to them up to 20% of its unrestricted capital and assets (including investments as well). Shareholders of the Group will also be invited to participate in these projects.
Multifunctional Gymnasium/
Multifunctional gymnasium “Arena Assarel” in the town of Panagyurishte is designed and built in full compliance with the international standards, and is one of the most modern sports facilities in Europe.
The main function of “Arena Assarel” is to provide Bulgarian and foreign athletes the best conditions for performing sport activities. The design of the hall responds to all regulations of the international federations and their rules for organizing and running World and European Championships as well as high level commercial tournaments.
In “Arena Assarel” more than 26 different sports can be practiced, including aerobics, basketball, volleyball, handball, gymnastics, wrestling, boxing, judo, martial sports, table tennis, tennis, sport dance and more.
The main hall is 44 m long, 25 m wide and has a capacity of 2,000 seats with more than 100 VIP seats. Arena Assarel has 350 parking lots, a restaurant for 150 guests with a nice terrace with view towards the lake of the city park of Panagyurishte.
