Investment in tourism is a part of the corporate strategy of the Assarel-Medet Group. The Group has already realized some large-scale projects in this area. All tourism assets of the Group are managed by its affiliate operating under the brand of Thracian Hoteliers. Its asset portfolio consists of hotels suitable for every season: summer holiday hotels located in the seaside resorts Sozopol and Kiten, a winter hotel located in Borovets ski resort and a SPA hotel located in the center of Panagyurishte.

The Group invests significant resources for development of its tourism assets. Being completely renovated Kamengrad Hotel & SPA 4* is a magnet for tourists who search for high quality SPA, wellness and conference services. In addition to the tourist objects mentioned the Group owns a number of other assets located in the area of Panagyurishte and in Kiten sea resort which are suitable for development of different types of tourismrecreational, balneology, SPA, rehabilitation, medical, golf, hunting, etc.

The Assarel-Medet Group also considers a number of other investment opportunities in  tourism sector such as acquisition of hotels and cooperation with successful companies from the industry.

Preferably, such investment projects shall be realized in partnerships with strategic investors who shall acquire a majority state in new individual projects and/or in the Thracian Hoteliers affiliate.
